＞Test Procedure

Unscrew thecap

A: For swab Specimens: Insert the front end of the swab from which the specimen was collected into the storage tube, break thefrontendoftheswabintothestoragetube along the break-point

B: For serum, plasma, alveolar lavage fluid, virus culture, etc: Addthespecimenintothetube(addition volume: 1/4 of the medium volume in the tube.)

Screw the cap tightly and mix upside down 5 times.
