【Product Profile】

All-in-one pet test kit is an integrated closed system, belonging to the high-end pet test product. The treatment and detection of samples are proceeded under the same closed environment. It have the advantages of simple operation, cross-contamination free, environmental protection, etc.

【Testing principle】

The pet rapid test kit applies the double-antibody sandwich immunochromatography method. If there are plenty of pathogenic antigens existing in the samples, the antigens can bind to the monoclonal antibodies coated on the colloidal-gold pad to form the antibody-antigen compounds. Then the compounds bind to another monoclonal antibodies to form the "antibody-antigen-antibody" compounds when migrating upward to the test line (T-line) due to capillary effect, and gradually agglutinate into a visible detection line. Excess colloidal gold antibodies continue to migrate to the quality control line (C-line) and are captured by the secondary antibody to form into a visible C-line. The test results are displayed on the C and T lines.

【Test Procedure】

I. Sample collection and processing

1. Tear open the aluminum foil bag, take out the all-in-one device and sampling rob.

2. Use the sampling swab to collect the sample.

3. Twist off the cap of the sample treatment tube, insert the sampling stick into the sample treatment solution, mix well, then take out the sampling stick and screw on the cap of the treatment tube.

II. Test

1. Hold the device upright with the test tube facing upwards. Break the dropper head of the sample treatment tube with fingers across the connection tube wall.

2. Slowly turn the device with the sample treatment tube facing upwards, remain upright. Gently squeeze the sample treatment tube, put 3 drops of sample into the test tube, then the sample liquid reach the bottom of the test tube, contact the sample pad of the test strip and begin to migrate up the test strip.

3. Read the result in 5 minutes.
